The ski boot and flow control test bench successfully passed all tests and received high praise from Tsinghua University


The skid shoe & distribution valve sub-test bench project marks the first collaboration between Hangli and Tsinghua University. After more than a month, the skid shoe & distribution valve sub-test bench has completed tests under all operating conditions according to the test outline and recorded the data. The design concept, professionalism, product quality, and service response speed have all received unanimous praise from Tsinghua University.

 The slide shoe & flow distributor test bench project marks the first collaboration between Hangli and Tsinghua University. Both Hangli and Tsinghua attach great importance to this project, investing significant manpower and material resources, highlighting its complexity.

 The test bench consists of a motor, oil station, operating console, auxiliary tooling, professional measuring instruments and sensors including torque, tensile force, and temperature, and a coupling. Through motor power input and high-pressure hydraulic oil provided by the oil station, hydraulic oil of different pressures is obtained at a certain speed to test the leakage and frictional torque under different operating conditions, and to evaluate and verify the accuracy of software prediction.

 The slide shoe test bench oil station can supply high-pressure oil at 5-30MPa. The motor is connected to the torque meter and turntable through two couplings, directly driving the turntable to rotate at a linear speed of 6.8-18.9m/s. A force sensor is installed on the slide shoe bracket to monitor the tensile force range of 100kg. Three temperature sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet of the mounting seat.

  The flow distributor test bench oil station can supply high-pressure oil at 5-30MPa. The motor is connected to the coupling, torque meter and turntable, directly driving the turntable to rotate at 1000-2800r/min. The leakage of high-pressure oil and low-pressure oil is mainly observed through the flow meter, and the change in the inlet and return oil temperature is observed through the temperature sensor.

 Success is never easy. During the test, Hangli transmission technicians discovered side oil leakage. After adding a torque sensor and a force sensor for detection, it was found that under 10MPa conditions, a large amount of leakage occurred as the speed increased. During the troubleshooting process, it was found that the oil supply hose had a significant impact on the tensile force and side leakage, causing deformation of the mounting base and insufficient rigidity. The technicians and assembly personnel immediately made adjustments, installing a reinforced, thicker, and more rigid bracket on the test bench, adjusting the bracket so that the left and right cavity position deviation is within 0.01-0.02mm, and conducting the test again. The entire test process was stable, with no abnormal situations. After the bracket rigidity was reinforced, no deformation occurred, and the leakage was significantly reduced.
