The company currently has a 3000m² experimental assembly plant, advanced production equipment, and precision measuring equipment, including high-precision lathes, grinders, and milling machines. Hangli Transmission insists on zero-defect product output and attaches great importance to quality system construction. We have built a high-speed transmission integrated test bench; The test bench has a maximum test power of 200kW, a maximum test speed of 60000r/min, and a maximum oil supply capacity of 200L/min. Equipped with a DEWETRON vibration monitoring system, an Easy-laser laser alignment instrument, and a Hikvision closed-circuit monitoring system, it can meet the comprehensive operation tests of gearboxes, inertial flywheel assemblies, air compressors, and clutches, and can provide fault analysis services for rotating parts.
