(1)Aerospace Industry: Helicopter Transmission Component Test Bench
Provides high-speed gearboxes for aviation helicopter transmission component test benches. The high-speed gearbox is installed between the helicopter transmission component (test piece) and the drive equipment (drive motor). Currently, the developed high-speed customized gearbox products effectively replace imported foreign products, achieving domestic production. Main cases:
• High-speed parallel shaft gearbox: Maximum power: 2300kW, Maximum speed: 26000rpm;
• High-speed parallel shaft gearbox: Maximum power: 520kW, Maximum speed: 30000rpm;
• High-speed parallel shaft gearbox: Maximum power: 250kW, Maximum speed: 55000rpm;
• High-speed parallel shaft gearbox: Maximum power: 50kW, Maximum speed: 48800rpm;
• High-speed power split gearbox: Maximum power: 25000kW, Maximum speed: 13000rpm;
(2)Aerospace Industry: Aero-engine Test Bench
Provides inertia simulation high-speed flywheels for aero-engine test benches. The high-speed flywheel equipment is installed between the test piece (aero-engine) and the loading device (hydraulic dynamometer). Currently, the developed flywheel products effectively replace imported foreign products, achieving domestic production, especially for high-speed, high-inertia flywheels. The flywheel housing speed is up to 32000rpm. Main cases:
• High-speed flywheel housing: Maximum speed: 32000rpm, Moment of inertia: 0.8kg.m2;
• High-speed flywheel housing: Maximum speed: 24000rpm, Moment of inertia: 0.8kg.m2;
• High-speed flywheel housing: Maximum speed: 8000rpm, Moment of inertia: 3kg.m2;
• High-speed flywheel housing: Maximum speed: 8500rpm, Moment of inertia: (2+3+16)kg.m2
(3)Complete Aviation Test Bench Solution - Aviation Starting Motor Test Bench
A complete aviation starting motor test bench solution, including a drive frequency conversion speed regulating motor, control system, speed increasing gearbox, lubrication system, coupling, vibration and temperature testing system, etc. This test bench can be used for loading tests, electrical control system tests, and no-load tests of various types of aviation starting motors. This test bench can also be extended for use as a high-speed new energy motor test bench and a large-capacity starting motor test bench. Main technical parameters:
• Input speed: 10000rpm
• Output speed 1: 10000rpm
• Output speed 2: 30000rpm
• System power: 250kW/500kW
(4)Complete Aviation Test Bench Solution - Helicopter Main Reducer Test Bench
A complete helicopter main reducer test bench, which can be used for loading performance tests of multiple main reducer models. The test bench includes a dragging system, mechanical transmission system, loading system, hydraulic and lubrication system, measurement and control system, data acquisition system, and accompanying fixtures. The maximum system speed is 10000rpm, and the maximum power is 4000kW.
(5)Engine Component Test Bench - Engine Reducer Test Bench
The test bench mainly consists of a mechanical system, an electric synchronous loader, a drive system, a power system, hydraulics, a lubrication and cooling system, a measurement and control system, and a monitoring system. The maximum system power is designed to be 6000kW. When it is necessary to conduct tests on developmental equipment, only the equipment connected to both ends of the test piece needs to be replaced to meet the requirements. It achieves loading performance tests and fatigue tests of the test piece.
(6)Helicopter Transmission Component Test Bench - Bearing Tensile Tester
The XX tensile bearing tester project mainly consists of a test piece upper casing assembly, a test piece installation carriage, an installation carriage positioning device, a test piece support rod, a support rod mounting bracket, a test bench, a rotor shaft loading mechanism (servo cylinder, tensile force sensor), a coupling, a motor, and a lubrication system, etc. It can be used for performance tests of various models of bearings.
