A certain model test bench's high-speed gearbox had problems with excessive vibration, spline wear, high bearing temperature rise, and oil leakage. After several years of use, the vibration severely exceeded the standard, making it impossible to continue testing, so the customer sought a solution. After communicating with the customer, our company's relevant technical personnel introduced the concept of remanufacturing transmission equipment to the customer.
Relying on the concept of "resource recycling and green development," using the existing old high-speed gearbox as a blank, based on the design concept of high reliability and long life of gear transmission, strong gear design and development and engineering application experience, and a customized product development approach, a high-speed gearbox was developed, enabling the failed parts of the machine to achieve better performance than before, saving costs, reducing asset consumption, and avoiding the high cost of equipment replacement. 1. Existing structure surveying
Based on the existing old equipment, the existing basic structure is surveyed to ensure the realization of transmission functions and interface requirements;
2. Reverse engineering
Aiming at the current failure modes, calculations and analyses are carried out, and a new layout and structure are designed to avoid existing risks and solve existing problems. Ensure that the performance of the new product is superior to the old gearbox.
3. Remanufacturing
Using advanced processing technology and complete Warranty measures, the high-speed gearbox is processed and assembled, and the new gearbox is tested in the factory to ensure the high performance and customized requirements of the equipment upon delivery.
After the product was delivered to the customer, it perfectly solved the customer's problems, and the product performance received unanimous praise from the customer, providing a guarantee for the completion of the customer's model test task.
