• Suitable for torque measurement in testing of electric motors, generators, and hydraulic pumps; the torque sensor is statically installed between the equipment support and the equipment.

• Torque measurement in dynamometer testing;

• Torque measurement in viscosity testing;

• Torque wrench calibration, tightening torque of fasteners, (aircraft, engine, wind power, etc.) measurement of fracture torque of fasteners, etc.;

 

Main Features

• Double-sided flange mounting for easy installation and removal;

• Bidirectional torque measurement;

• The design of reaction torque can eliminate the influence of tangential force load, bending moment load and axial load on torque measurement, and is only sensitive to torque load;

• When the measuring component cannot rotate, measuring torque statically will not damage the sensor cable. Using a reaction torque sensor minimizes errors caused by the inertia of rotating components.

• High reliability and high precision. This product is not only robust and durable for factory use, but its accuracy is also suitable for laboratory use.

• A maximum load of 200% of the rated torque will not cause permanent offset of nonlinear characteristics.
