The ultra-high-speed motor test bench is used to verify the design and control methods of ultra-high-speed motor units, including providing motor load torque, measuring motor torque, accurately measuring motor speed and angular position, thereby obtaining the motor's efficiency characteristics and verifying the effectiveness of the control method.
The ultra-high-speed motor test bench mainly consists of a mechanical chassis, a test motor installation fixture, a speed increaser gearbox, a load motor and its driver, various sensors, a high-speed vibration test system, etc.

From the above figure, the mechanical transmission path of the ultra-high-speed test bench is: ultra-high-speed motor (100000r/min) - high-speed coupling - high-speed gearbox (100000rpm reduced to 5000rpm) - low-speed coupling - speed torque angle sensor - load motor.
Application Introduction
This test bench can be used for R&D and testing of ultra-high-speed motors;
It can also be used for other high-speed sealing testers, high-speed drive equipment, pump valve testers, etc.

Testing and Services
In order to verify the design of new products and ensure the quality of product development, our company has invested in the construction of a high-speed transmission comprehensive test bench. The motor power of the test bench is 250kW (expandable to 500kW); Through the gearbox speed increase, the maximum test speed can reach 60000r/min; With torque loading capacity, the loader has a maximum working speed of 8000rpm and a maximum loading torque of 600Nm; Servo electric cylinder; Can supply oil to four equipment at the same time, with a single maximum oil supply capacity of 200L/min.
