  An inertia flywheel is a device that stores energy and provides rotational inertia to the transmission shaft system of a test bench, simulating the inertia required when starting or braking a rotating test piece. Inertia flywheels are mainly used in test benches for aerospace engines, gearboxes, drive axles, and high-speed transmission equipment. Current main applications include:

◆ Engineering machinery transmission system test bench

  Our company's inertia flywheel products mainly focus on high-speed Applications, especially for the testing of products in the aerospace and military industries. The products are highly reliable, with rotational inertia designed on demand, and easy to install; they replace imported products and realize independent R&D, production, testing, and Product Sales. ◆ Customized high-speed flywheels. Currently, the company designs high-speed flywheel products with a speed of 8000 rpm and a rotational inertia of 3.12 kg.m2; speed of 30000 rpm, rotational inertia of 0.8 kg.m2

◆ Customized large inertia flywheels. Currently, the company's large inertia flywheel products have a rotational inertia of 200 kg.m2,speed of 3000 rpm;
