Good News! Hanli Transmission's first high-speed gearbox for export will be shipped to the United States

On April 20, 2021, Hangli Transmission's first high-speed gearbox for export overseas was successfully shipped. The unit uses a cast housing design, effectively absorbing vibrations, and is integrally machined to ensure processing quality. This high-speed gearbox, designed and manufactured by Hangli Transmission, will soon be shipped across the ocean to the United States on the other side of the Pacific. As Hangli Transmission's first export product, the gearbox fully meets the company's factory testing standards.

Good News | The excitation motor test bench has been successfully delivered and has received positive feedback from customers

The exciter motor drive test bench (No.: HL200-440) mainly consists of a variable frequency speed regulating motor, a high-speed speed increasing gearbox (single input and double output structure), a mounted torque meter, a base platform, an integrated lubrication system, a measurement and control system, and a monitoring system (including temperature monitoring, vibration monitoring, and speed and torque measurement feedback), realizing the closed-loop load test and test functions of the exciter motor.

In April 2023, the inertial flywheel assembly (HLF200-3000) for the tank brake system test bench was successfully delivered to the customer site and received unanimous recognition. As a manufacturer of inertial flywheels, Hangli Transmission is already very experienced in the research and development of large inertial flywheels. It is understood that this inertial flywheel assembly will be used in a brake test bench flywheel project for a military unit.

The skid shoe & distribution valve sub-test bench project marks the first collaboration between Hangli and Tsinghua University. After more than a month, the skid shoe & distribution valve sub-test bench has completed tests under all operating conditions according to the test outline and recorded the data. The design concept, professionalism, product quality, and service response speed have all received unanimous praise from Tsinghua University.
