On March 10, 2021, Hunan Hangli Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd.'s HLP90-73000 gearbox was successfully shipped. The HLP90-73000 is much smaller than the gearboxes previously developed by Hangli Transmission. However, the R&D manager said: Don't underestimate it because of its size, its speed is amazing. The operating speed of 73000+ sets a new record for Hangli Transmission gearbox products!

The HLP90-73000 is much smaller than the gearboxes previously developed by Hangli Transmission. However, the head of R&D said: Don't underestimate its size; its speed is amazing. With a running speed of 73000+, it sets a new record for Hangli Transmission gearbox products!

Technical requirements:

The speed increaser adopts a single-stage parallel shaft structure;

The speed increaser uses rolling bearings/sliding bearings;

All bearing positions of the speed increaser are equipped with thermocouple temperature sensors for measuring the outer ring temperature of the bearings;

The seals at various parts of the speed increaser are reliable, and there is no oil leakage during static or running conditions;

The speed increaser is equipped with vibration sensor mounting planes and threaded holes to measure vibration in the horizontal, vertical, and axial directions. The sensor mounting plane is not less than φ20mm; within 10~10000Hz, the effective value of vibration velocity ≤4.5mm/s;
