Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
2. 2~3 years of experience in gearbox-related work, with experience in designing and developing large, medium, and small-scale non-standard products;
3. Possessing solid theoretical knowledge: mechanical design, mechanical principles, material mechanics, manufacturing technology, heat treatment;
4. Hardworking and dedicated, with good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;
